Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Add Three New Offices to Franchise Network

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continued its nationwide growth with the recent addition of three new franchise offices in Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina.

In welcoming the new affiliates, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said, “We are excited to have these new companies on board with us. Each of these sales teams has an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and we look forward to partnering with them to offer high quality real estate services to the community.

New affiliates that joined the Weichert network include:

WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Pinnacle Group, Wausau, Wisc. – The franchise is owned by Sean Osborn and managed by Broker of Record Nanette Plano. The business will continue to expand Weichert’s growing presence in Wisconsin.
WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Star Properties, Ann Arbor, Mich. – Serving Washtenaw County and the surrounding area, the company is owned by long-established real estate Broker Cynthia Woods.
WEICHERT, REALTORS® - VIP Associates, Jacksonville, N.C. – Owned by Broker Pamela Valdes, the company has served the Jacksonville area since 2007.
