Weichert, Realtors® – Achieve Becomes Newest Pennsylvania Affiliate
WEXFORD, Pa. / April 2, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Achieve Realty, Inc., one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s most successful independent real estate agencies, has joined their national franchise system. The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – Achieve, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Broker/Owners, Lawton and Kristen Stokes.
“I saw a need to add more value to this company and Weichert fills that need from every standpoint,” said Lawton Stokes. “I’m confident that our affiliation with Weichert will give us the competitive advantage. This will enable our realtors to flourish and it will immediately benefit our clients.”
The Stokes’ opened the Wexford agency in 2004 and steadily grew the business. Competing with larger brands for listings and new agents has been the firm’s goal.
It also helped drive their decision to join the Weichert national franchise system.
