Together, they represent nearly 100 years of service and experience in the real estate industry serving buying and sellers.
Agents Charles Miller and Millie Walker were honored by the state’s regional association of real estate professionals for their 55 and 35 years of industry experience, respectively.

Miller began his real estate career in 1966 as an affiliate broker with Lane & Burger in Tullahoma. Two years later, he became the broker/owner of Southland Realty and Auction Company in Manchester, Tennessee. He joined Weichert, Realtors® – Joe Orr & Associates in 2015. Miller lives in Manchester.
Walker earned her Tennessee real estate license in 1983, the same year she became of a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and Worldwide ERC®. Walker, who has worked with Orr for over 30 years, lives in Tullahoma.
