Nemec grew up in Hendersonville and attended UNC-Asheville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in ecology and environmental biology. Nemec began working in real estate after graduating college as a closing coordinator at a local real estate law firm. She earned her real estate broker’s license in 2006, but took a break from real estate shortly thereafter to raise her two daughters. Her return to real estate brings her to WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Unlimited where she joins a team of knowledgeable and dedicated agents, which brings many years of combined real estate experience to their clients.
Nemec currently lives in Swannanoa with her husband and their two daughters.
