LEXINGTON, S.C. / Jan. 12, 2021 – Charles Caughman, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Caughman Company in Lexington, recently received the REALTOR® of the Year Award from the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association. The honor is in recognition of Caughman’s service and leadership to the association.
Caughman served as president of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association in 2019, and now holds the position of Region 5 vice president for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®.
Caughman is just as active outside the association community, as he engages with his church and school in Lexington County, donates hundreds of Thanksgiving pies to his community and hosts an annual Oktoberfest for the Midlands Special Needs Foundation.
“I am truly honored to receive such a prestigious award from the association,” said Caughman. “It’s been an honor serving both the Central Carolina and South Carolina Associations of REALTORS and working with so many people to help improve real estate services in this area.”
Caughman opened his Lexington real estate agency in 2014 and joined the Weichert national franchise system in 2018 to help his agency capture a larger share of the local market.
