TANNERSVILLE, Pa. / June 28, 2018 – The weather might not have been great, but the event certainly was.
And that’s exactly what Weichert, Realtors® – Acclaim wanted when the real estate agency hosted a community appreciation day event in front of its Tannersville office on June 23.
“We had so much fun spending the day with folks that live and work here in the area,” said Michelle Cappabianca, broker/manager at Weichert, Realtors® – Acclaim. “This community has been so kind to us over the years and this was our way of saying ‘thank you’ for your kindness and support.”
The day’s festivities at the Weichert® affiliate, located at 2920 Route 611, included a complimentary barbecue lunch and live DJ, door prizes and games, as well as face painting and cotton candy booths. The Pocono Self Defense School also performed a martial arts demonstration.
In addition to a summer barbecue, martial arts demonstration and a host of other treats, guests also had a chance to mingle with the staff at the real estate agency to learn home buying and selling tips, and how they can to start a new career in real estate.
“Our community appreciation day celebration is more than just a summer barbecue,” added Charles Marzzacco, president and CEO of the Weichert affiliate. “It’s an opportunity for us to show how grateful we are to be a part of this community.”
