Sheppard proudly served in the United States Army’s Airborne division for over 20 years during which he held enlisted ranks through Sergeant First Class and officer ranks, including Captain. He started his professional real estate career in the early 1980s in Orlando. Sheppard later branched out into asset management where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in New York before returning to his professional passion: real estate.
