Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. was ranked #131 on this year’s list, an annual ranking of the 150 fastest growing franchises. The company, headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey, is one of only three traditional real estate franchises to appear on the 2019 list.
This year’s list of franchises was compiled from its 2019 “Franchise 500” list and was based on the number of new franchise units added in the U.S. and Canada from July 2017 to July 2018, as verified by Entrepreneur magazine.
