HIGHLANDS, N.C. / Mar. 4, 2019 – Highlands Properties is excited to announce their affiliation with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
With the addition of the Highlands-based real estate company, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – Highlands Properties, the national franchise system continues to grow its market presence in the southern region of the United States with its 18th affiliate in North Carolina.
Kyle McKim, the company’s broker/owner, made the decision to join the national brand after meeting with the Weichert leadership team at their headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey last year. McKim saw tremendous value in joining a national brand like Weichert and the support it provides its affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
“I was really attracted to the systems and tools that Weichert provides its affiliates to help them succeed – especially the agent training programs that my staff can take advantage of to help offer the best service in the industry,” said McKim.
As part of the Weichert franchise network, McKim’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them deliver memorable home buying and selling experiences for their customers. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
