PARAGOULD, Ark. / Feb. 6, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Home Source is proud to announce that Karen Brinkly has successfully completed all the state’s requirements to become a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas.
Brinkly is a licensed real estate agent at the Weichert® affiliate, located in Paragould.
Brinkly earned her broker’s license after completing 60 hours of classroom instruction that focused on topics such as broker management, federal housing laws, risk reduction and ethics. She also had to pass the Arkansas Real Estate Broker Examination.
Obtaining a broker’s license means Brinkly is qualified to work alone while representing home buyers and sellers or hire agents to work with her.
