BEAUFORT, S.C. / Feb. 7, 2017 – WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Coastal Properties is proud to announce that REALTOR Kelly Weber has been named an ambassador to the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce. Kelly is one of only 12 people to be selected for this highly coveted volunteer position.
“I am truly honored to serve as an ambassador for Beaufort’s Chamber of Commerce,” said Weber, a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. “Ambassadors take great pride in promoting the benefits of being a part of our regional chamber of commerce and I look forward to doing whatever I can to assist this group.”
Considered the goodwill arm of the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors work year-round to actively promote the benefits of membership and facilitate networking among members. They are also tasked with encouraging meaningful participation and involvement in Chamber programs and conveying member needs, questions and concerns to Chamber staff.
Weber, a resident of Bluffton, has worked at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Coastal Properties since 2016. She has lived in the area since 1982. In addition to serving as an Ambassador, Kelly is a volunteer member of the Civil Air Patrol Lowcountry Composite Squadron on Hilton Head, which is an auxiliary program of the U.S. Air Force and a participant in the annual DragonBoat Race Day in Beaufort as a paddler and fundraiser.
