LAKE WORTH, Fla. / Aug. 24, 2020 – REALTOR® Connie Garcia with Weichert, Realtors® – True Quality Service, an independently owned and operated Weichert affiliate located in Lake Worth, was recently awarded her Real Estate Broker’s License. Ms. Garcia, a licensed REALTOR® has been office manager at Weichert, Realtors® – True Quality Service for more than two years. The Weichert affiliate is owned by Ms. Garcia’s husband, Michael Garcia, who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Ms. Garcia will continue as office manager at the business, as well as continue to onboard and train new agents with the office. “Connie has years of administrative experience that make her invaluable as both our manager and our trainer,” said Michael Garcia. “We know that our new agents have a great start on their path to success under Connie’s guidance.”
The Garcias are husband and wife, and Michael says that they consider all of their agents to be their “Weichert family”. In keeping with that approach to their business, Ms. Garcia decided that earning her Broker’s License would benefit their whole team by strengthening the leadership at the family-run company.

The Garcias relocated to Florida in 2003 from Ephrata, PA. They have two children. In addition to her role at the real estate agency, Ms. Garcia runs an independent business as a Pampered Chef Consultant. Both Michael and Connie Garcia are also involved in fund raising for Standown House, a Faith-Hope-Love Charity in Lake Worth that helps homeless and disabled veterans.
