LOVES PARK, Ill. / Feb. 8, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Tovar Properties, located in Loves Park, is proud to announce that Rion Tovar-South has been named board secretary for the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Broker Council of Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana. Tovar is the managing broker/owner of the Loves Park Weichert® affiliate.
Tovar’s term as board secretary will run for two years, during which time she will serve in a leadership position to help Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana brokers, managers and agents take full advantage of the resources Weichert provides to offer the best real estate service in the industry.
“I am truly honored to serve in this leadership position for our regional broker council,” said Tovar, who lives in Poplar Grove. “My agents and I have benefitted tremendously from the resources provided by Weichert ever since we joined their national franchise system. Tovar opened her Loves Park real estate agency in 2009 under the name Tovar Realtors, LLC. She joined the Weichert national franchise system in 2016 to help her agency capture a larger share of the local real estate market.
