Dave Crete of Weichert, Realtors® – Aspire honored to accept leadership position
NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. / May 8, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Aspire, located in North Las Vegas, is proud to announce that Dave Crete has been named chairman of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors. Crete is the broker/owner of the North Las Vegas Weichert® affiliate.
“I am truly honored to be named to this leadership position for our regional real estate association’s multiple listing service,” said Crete, a Las Vegas resident. “Our listing service is an incredible resource that helps connect home buyers and sellers in the greater Las Vegas area every day. My goal as board chairman is to ensure the service we provide is even more beneficial to buyers and sellers, as well as the agents that use our listing service to help make their client’s real estate dreams come true.”
Crete opened his first real estate agency, Dave Crete & Associates, in 2002. He was also a founding partner of Pulse Realty Group, a Las Vegas real estate company, which opened in 2010.
The North Las Vegas broker opened his most recent real estate agency in 2011 under the name Aspire Realty Group. Crete joined the Weichert national franchise system in 2015 to help his agency capture a larger share of the local real estate market.
