Mitch Biesemeyer of Weichert, Realtors® – Centennial to Serve as Board Treasurer
NORMAN, Okla. / June 18, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Centennial, located in Norman, is proud to announce that REALTOR Mitch Biesemeyer has been elected to serve as treasurer of the Norman Optimist Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the youth of Norman and surrounding areas.
Biesemeyer’s two-year term, where he will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the youth organization, runs through 2020. Biesemeyer has been involved with the Norman-based group for three years, spending the last two as a board member.
“I am truly honored to serve in this leadership position for a community-based organization that I am extremely passionate about,” said Biesemeyer. “Donating my time to help this organization create a better experience for kids in our community has been rewarding beyond belief.”
Biesemeyer obtained his real estate license in 2015, the same year he began working at Weichert, Realtors® – Centennial.
The Norman resident also attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned multiple degrees. Biesemeyer completed his undergraduate studies with bachelor’s degrees in journalism, broadcast and electronic media, and human resources management and services. He also earned a Master of Education degree in intercollegiate athletic administration.
