Five Star Agents are chosen based on surveys of exemplary service from their customers.

This is the second time the award has been presented to O’Dell, who is part of a select group of Richmond-area real estate professionals to be recognized as a 2018 Five Star Agent.

Five Star Professional surveyed Richmond-area residents who recently purchased a home priced at more than $280,000 within a 12-month period. The final list of 2018 Five Star Real Estate Agents is a select group, representing less than 7 percent of real estate agents in the Richmond area.
To be named a 2018 Five Star Real Estate Agent, nominees needed to satisfy each of the following objective criteria: 1) Receive a qualifying client satisfaction rating. 2) Satisfy the applicable state licensing requirements. 3) Be actively employed as a licensed professional for a minimum of three years. 4) Receive a favorable regulatory and complaint history review. 5) Satisfy minimum client volume or production on a one-year and three-year basis (number and volume of transactions or number of client households served).
