AUSTIN, Texas / March 19, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Barton Harris & Co., located in Austin and Cedar Park, was excited to break a sweat and experience a little shortness of breath while participating in a spin-a-thon fundraiser last month.
The Weichert® affiliate team hopped on the spin bikes and peddled away to raise $568 for the event, which benefitted the Cancer Center at Baylor Scott & White.
“We love supporting community events like this – especially when they benefit organizations that do lifesaving work,” said Bart Harris, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Barton Harris & Co.
The spin-a-thon also gave Harris’s team a chance to get in a good workout, which is never a bad thing.
“My agents would never want to meet with a home buyer or seller drenched in sweat, but for an event like this that’s exactly the look we were going for,” added Harris.
