Hinton is the director of commercial real estate at the Weichert® affiliate, which has six offices in South Florida.
Hinton received the award during the CCIM Institute’s Midyear Governance Meetings on April 11 at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa. He was among more than 150 designees from 37 states and Canada honored by the CCIM Institute and their local chapter members at the event.

Hinton earned the CCIM Institute designation after completing more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. He also had to compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of his commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
