Joseph Williams, Melissa Grant, Monica Van Ostrand and Nancy Cronkrite will be assisting home buyers and sellers in the greater Austin area with all their real estate needs.

Williams is a military combat veteran with 14 years of honorable active service to the U.S. Army. Prior to entering real estate, he worked as a veteran benefits specialist at Texas A&M University – Central Texas, and later as an admissions coordinator at the same university. Williams earned an Associate’s degree in applied science from Central Texas College and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in applied science from Texas A&M University. Williams lives in Hutto.
Originally from New York City, Grant now lives in Cedar Park. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in education and music from the City University of New York, and spent over a decade teaching in private and public schools. She is also a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Austin, where she is active in several different ministries.
Van Ostrand has lived in Austin for 23 years and speaks fluent Spanish. She obtained her real estate license two years ago to help create memorable home buying and selling experiences for her clients.
Cronkrite has worked in various areas of real estate for several years, from buying and selling to investment properties. After obtaining her real estate license last year, her focus is now residential real estate. And after living in several cities and states, Cronkrite now resides in Georgetown.
