ORANGE PARK, Fla. / Feb. 8, 2017 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Zenith Realty, one of the leading property management companies in the Jacksonville area, has joined their national franchise network. The new office, now known as WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Coffey Group, is an independently owned and operated affiliate in Orange Park run by Broker Sarah Coffey.

Coffey and her husband, Russ, were first introduced to Weichert after meeting a branch manager from another Weichert affiliated office in Florida who spoke highly of the national realty brand. The meeting occurred around the time Coffey began exploring ways to grow the residential real estate side of her business.
