Weichert, Realtors® – Pillar Northwest collects toys for families and children in need
BELLEVUE, Wash. / Nov. 30, 2017 – The staff at Weichert, Realtors® – Pillar Northwest is doing everything it can to brighten the holiday season for boys and girls this year. The Bellevue real estate agency collected dozens of new toys and gift cards for families and children in need this holiday season during its annual toy drive campaign.
The collected toys and gift cards will be delivered to kids and families locally throughout the holiday season in partnership with Mary’s Place, a Seattle-based non-profit group that assists homeless women, children and families.
“We can’t thank the community enough for generously supporting our toy drive again this year,” said Lara Dunn, the owner/broker of the Weichert® affiliated office. “The toys that we were able to collect will bring smiles to the faces of so many kids this year. It was also an honor to partner with Mary’s Place to help those in need and have the opportunity to spread the holiday spirit this year.”
The donated toys were collected at the Weichert, Realtors® – Pillar Northwest office on 36th Street throughout November. The Weichert® affiliate, along with staff and volunteers from Mary’s Place, also set up a second drop-off area in front of Regal’s Landing Stadium 14 in Renton on Nov. 26 to collect new, unwrapped toys.
