WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Barton Harris & Co. Hosts “Listing Mastery Challenge”
Austin, Texas / Jan. 9, 2017 – Real estate agents at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Barton Harris & Co. in Austin feverishly worked for eight weeks to one-up each other during a end-of-year real estate competition hosted by the company. Agents competed in the company’s first-ever “Listing Mastery Challenge” to see who could generate the most signed listing agreements and appointments, and a chance to win a free trip to Las Vegas.
Dozens of agents in the company’s Austin office participated in the challenge, which ran from Nov. 1 to Dec. 20.
But in the end, two agents stood apart from the pack with a first-place tie.
Austin residents Julio Vega and Sarai Mata won the inaugural Listing Mastery Challenge. Both are now headed to Nevada to celebrate their victory at the 2017 Weichert Summit in Las Vegas in March.
“We push ourselves every day to help offer home buyers and sellers the best real estate service available,” said Mata, a residential home buying and selling specialist. “Participating in this listing challenge shows me there is a tremendous amount of trust in the Weichert brand.”
“I used every resource provided by Weichert to help me secure listing agreements and appointments, and it paid off big time,” added Vega, who started working in real estate a year ago.
