Mount Airy, Md. / Jan. 5, 2016 – WEICHERT, REALTORS® – New Colony, with offices in Columbia and Mount Airy, Md., is pleased to announce it has merged with WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Property Concepts in Eldersburg, Md. The new company will operate under the name WEICHERT, REALTORS® – New Colony and maintain branch offices in Columbia, Mount Airy and Eldersburg.

The merger also allows the property management division at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – New Colony to expand its reach while Chris Rachuba of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Property Concepts continues to provide leadership as an associate broker. Rachuba will be in charge of increasing custom homebuilding activity for the new company as well as commercial and residential property sales.
