Grindstaff will join his fellow REALTORS at the office to assist home buyers and sellers in the upstate area of South Carolina.
Grindstaff is a graduate of Clemson University and a military veteran who has been stationed at bases worldwide. After leaving the military, and before earning his real estate license, Grindstaff spent seven years working as a manager in Information Services at a financial sector company that focuses on consumer and mortgage lending.

Originally from Detroit, MI, Tom, whose family moved to Greenville in 1987, has family roots all over the South Carolina upstate area. “I had an opportunity to live in a lot of different places during my time in the military,” said Grindstaff, “and that experience made me appreciate all that the Greenville area has to offer. This was a great place to come home to.”
Since 2005, Grindstaff, along with his wife of 18 years and their son, a student at Hillcrest High School, have called the upstate their home. They spend their free time traveling, walking their dog, and enjoying South Carolina sunsets from their front porch.
