BEAUFORT, S.C. / Feb 14, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties is proud to announce that REALTOR Robert Moul has completed all the state requirements to become a licensed real estate broker. Moul works out of the Weichert® affiliate’s Beaufort office, but is often seen at their Bluffton, Sun City and Hilton Head offices working with clients.
Moul earned his broker’s license after completing more than 150 hours of classroom instruction that focused on topics such as brokerage management, federal housing laws, risk reduction and ethics. He also had to pass both the state and national portions of the South Carolina Real Estate Broker Examination.
Obtaining a broker’s license means Moul is qualified to work alone while representing home buyers and sellers or hire agents to work for him.
“We are extremely proud of Robert for earning his broker’s license,” said the company’s broker/co-owner, Karen Ryan. “Robert is an incredibly talented real estate professional who continuously strives to better himself and improve the level of service he provides his clients. Moul joined the South Carolina affiliate near the end of 2014 and quickly became one of the company’s top producing agents.
Moul received the Ambassador’s Cup award for his 2015 sales production and was named the Rookie of the Year by the national franchise organization’s Southeastern Broker Council. The following year, he became one of the top producing Weichert affiliated agents in the country after earning the prestigious President’s Club award for his 2016 sales production.
Moul achieved another President’s Club award in 2017 as well as recognition as the Southeastern Broker Council’s top selling agent for gross commission income earned last year.
In addition to his sales achievements, Moul was also awarded the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional certification by the National Association of REALTORS in 2017. The certification is presented to REALTORS who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life.
Moul lives in Bluffton with his wife, Sandra, and their dachshund, Lola.
