Hollingsworth walked the homeowner through the marketing plan about a week later and he informed her it was different – in a fantastic way – than any other listing presentations he had received from other real estate agents that he had talked with. So he and his wife decided to go with Weichert.
The house went on the market January 26, however, both Hollingsworth and her clients don’t believe it will stay there long.
“With everything this house has to offer and all that’s being done to market it, we don’t feel it will take too long to sell,” said Hollingsworth of her first seven-figure property listing that comes with a heated pool, laundry rooms on each floor and an elevator.
