Stark obtained her Connecticut real estate license in 2018. She is also a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
A resident of Springfield, Massachusetts, Stark also earned multiple degrees from the Westfield State University in Westfield, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in criminal justice and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in political science.
