Weichert increases North Carolina presence with addition of new Charlotte-area office
MINT HILL, N.C. / Feb. 1, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Savvy Solutions Real Estate in Mint Hill has joined their national franchise system. The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – Savvy Solutions, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by the company’s broker/owner, Kelli Enos.
The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Savvy Solutions also continues the brand’s expansion throughout North Carolina, which is now home to 17 Weichert affiliate offices.
“Joining the Weichert franchise system is definitely the right move for us,” said Enos, who opened the Mint Hill-based real estate agency in 2005. “After talking with representatives from Weichert, I could tell there were a lot of different levels of support they provide their franchise offices to help them grow their business.”
Enos made the decision to franchise after her and Jolie Ferrier, the company’s managing broker, met with the Weichert leadership team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. They saw tremendous value in joining a national brand like Weichert and the support it provides its affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
