Weichert, Realtors® – Trikin Properties Becomes Newest Minnesota Affiliate
SAINT PAUL, Minn. / Nov. 1, 2017 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Trikin Properties in Saint Paul has joined their national franchise network. The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – Trikin Properties, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by the company’s president/broker, Curt Fluegel.
The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Trikin Properties continues the franchise’s expansion throughout Minnesota, which is now home to 12 Weichert affiliated offices.
“We’re excited to be joining the Weichert national franchise network and take advantage of all the resources they can provide to help us increase our presence locally,” said Fluegel, who sits on the Minnesota Multi Housing Association’s board of directors and chairs the group’s independent owners committee.
Fluegel opened his agency in 2008 and has achieved tremendous success assisting clients with property management and real estate investment properties. He turned to Weichert earlier this year in hopes of replicating that real estate success in the residential arena.
