Jacobe Kendrick at Weichert, Realtors® – of the Permian Basin Receives President’s Club Award
MIDLAND, Texas / Feb. 23, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – of the Permian Basin is proud to announce that REALTOR Jacobe Kendrick has been named the Top Listing Agent and Top Listing Agent for gross commission income by the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. North Texas Broker Council for his 2017 sales production. Kendrick also earned the national franchise organization’s prestigious President’s Club award for his sales production last year.
The awards, which are based on achieving specified production requirements in gross commission income or units earned in 2017, were presented to Kendrick at a February 16 awards banquet at the Baylor Club at McLane Stadium.

The Top Listing Agent award also marks the third year in a row that an agent at the Midland-based Weichert® affiliate has earned a top production award from the North Texas Broker Council. The office had an agent named Rookie of the Year in 2016, followed by the Top Buying Agent last year.
