Weichert, Realtors® – R & D Properties opens in Commerce
COMMERCE, Ga. / Feb. 8, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new office in Commerce that prides itself on the high-quality service provided by its agents. The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – R & D Properties, formerly known as R & D Realty, also continues the expansion of the Weichert® franchise footprint throughout the Southeast with the 13th office in Georgia.
The company’s broker/president, Robert White, began talking with representatives at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. towards the end of 2017 to discuss the possibility of growing his business through franchising.
“I was thoroughly impressed with how much Weichert knew about my company and the specific ways they could help us grow when we sat down to talk about franchising,” said White. “They did their research.”
White, who has worked in real estate for 32 years, and his team of agents can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help the office offer the best real estate service in the industry. The Commerce affiliate is also eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.

White also finds time to help others outside of real estate. The Maysville broker enjoys volunteering at the Jackson County Senior Center meal delivery program when he is not assisting real estate clients.
