DEARBORN, Mich. / Feb. 1, 2019 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its market presence in the Midwest with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Select 1, a new affiliate in Michigan.
The addition of the new real estate office, formerly known as Atlas Properties, Inc., in Dearborn marks the 15th Weichert® affiliate in the state. Currently, Weichert has a network of 500 company and franchised offices from coast to coast.

Hage made the decision to franchise after meeting with the Weichert leadership team at their headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey. He saw tremendous value in joining a national brand like Weichert and the support it provides its affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
“I did my research and talked with other Weichert franchise owners to get their thoughts on Weichert and I liked everything I heard,” Hage added. “They have a great blueprint for real estate success that’s easy to follow.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Hage’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
