Norwest Realty LLC Joins Weichert National Franchise Network
BEND, Ore. / Aug. 27, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its West Coast market presence with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Norwest in Bend, Oregon. The addition of the new real estate agency, formerly known as Norwest Realty LLC, marks the 4th Weichert® affiliate office in the state and first in Central Oregon.
The principal broker/owner of the company, Justin Fairbanks, began talking with representatives at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. earlier this year to discuss the possibility of growing his business through franchising.
“Our company has been heading in right direction ever since we opened in 2010,” said Fairbanks. “But I knew we could take things to the next level with the right agent training programs and management systems. And that’s what we’ll get as part of the Weichert system to help us grow.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, the Bend affiliate can take advantage of training programs to help agents offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
“I’m excited about all the different resources that my agents and I will have available to us to help provide our clients with the best real estate service out there,” added Fairbanks, a resident of Bend. “It’s also great being part of something bigger that allows us to improve our sales process and grow.”
