MOUNT VERNON, Wash. / Oct. 22, 2019 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its West Coast market presence with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Edge Home Sales in Mount Vernon, Washington.
The addition of the new real estate agency, formerly known as Edge Home Sales, marks the eighth Weichert® affiliate office in the state and first in Skagit County.
The broker/owner of the company, Stacey Salyer, made the decision to franchise after meeting with the Weichert leadership team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Salyer saw tremendous value in joining a brand like Weichert and the support they provide their affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
“The core values at Weichert are perfectly aligned with ours and that really made an impression when I met with their franchise leadership team earlier this year,” said Salyer. “I was also thoroughly impressed with the training programs, management systems and back-end support that Weichert offers it franchise offices.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Salyer’s team can take advantage of agent training programs and management systems to help offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office is also eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
