Originally from Maine, Yates moved to Tennessee in 2012 to be closer to his family. After relocating to eastern Tennessee, Yates was encouraged to pursue a career in real estate, a decision he does not regret making. In his free time, Yates enjoys hiking with his wife, Krista, and their two dogs, and volunteering to teach kids to ski and snowboard. Yates lives in Knoxville.
Byrd decided to start a new career in real estate after recently retiring from Comcast after working almost 35 years at the cable company. He spent the last seven years at Comcast serving as the senior director of government and public affairs for East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Byrd graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and lives in Knoxville with his wife, Gina.
Although born in Florida, Cooper was raised in Knoxville and considers herself a true Tennessee Volunteer. She graduated from the state university with degrees in communications and business administration, which has helped her tremendously in various sales position over the years. Cooper also believes her previous sales experience will help immensely as she begins to assist home buyers and sellers. Cooper lives in Knoxville.
