Jeff Taylor and Richard Neese were recently honored at an awards banquet by the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., for their annual sales production last year. Neese was also named Rookie of the Year at the awards ceremony by the Tennessee Valley Broker Council.
The awards were presented by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Regional Direct Bill Hassell at an awards banquet on February 4 at The Chattanoogan Hotel in Chattanooga. Awards are based on a minimum requirement per award category in gross commission income earned or real estate transactions closed in 2016.

Taylor, who lives in Cullman, has been a licensed real estate agent for 14 years. Neese, also from Cullman, began his real estate career in 2015. Both are members of the Cullman Association of REALTORS, the Birmingham Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
