HILTON HEAD, S.C. / Sept. 28, 2001 – Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties is proud to support the Family Promise of Beaufort County’s inaugural “Show You Care – Give a Pair” underwear and sock clothing drive.
The campaign to collect underwear, t-shirts and socks for men, women, children and toddlers runs Oct. 1-31.
“We didn’t hesitate to say yes when Family Promise asked us to help support their inaugural Show You Care – Give a Pair clothing drive,” said Karen Ryan, the broker/co-owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties. “We are truly honored to be a part of this campaign and encourage the community to help support this amazing organization.”
Collection bins will be set up at the Weichert® affiliate’s offices in Beaufort, Hilton, Bluffton and Okatie during October.
Area residents are encouraged to drop off socks and underwear at one of the Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties offices throughout the month. Ryan’s team will deliver the donated items to the Beaufort County-based non-profit at the conclusion of the campaign.
Family Promise is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides temporary shelter, family stability and permanent housing solutions for homeless families with children.
