Eric Dollenberg, an associate broker, is the new development director at the Weichert® affiliate, which has offices in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort and Okatie.

Prior to being promoted to development director, Dollenberg and his wife, Hillary, a licensed REALTOR, worked as a real estate team at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Coastal Properties that specialized in luxury property listings. Dollenberg and his wife leveraged years of industry experience to best serve their clients and their real estate needs as part of the Luxury Portfolio International Team at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Coastal Properties.

Dollenberg, who is originally from Pennsylvania and now lives on Hilton Head Island, moved to South Carolina after graduating from Duke University.
