REALTOR® Jacobe Kendrick Named Top Agent
MIDLAND, Texas / Feb. 1, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – of the Permian Basin, located in Midland, is proud to announce their 2017 Office Award winners. REALTOR Jacobe Kendrick was named the top producing agent at the Weichert® affiliate last year, earning the prestigious President’s Club Award from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. for his 2017 sales production.
Kendrick was also named the Top Listing Agent for gross commission income earned in 2017 by the national franchise organization’s North Texas Broker Council. The broker council includes Weichert affiliated offices in North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Northern Louisiana.
The group also recognized Kendrick, of Midland, for closing the most real estate transactions in 2017 after he finished the year tied for the top spot in that category.
In addition, two other agents at Weichert, Realtors® – of the Permian Basin were honored by the national franchise organization for their 2017 sales production. Keri Huggins, of Midland, received the Executive Club award while Daniel Crowley, of Midland, was named a Sales Achievement award winner.

The awards will be presented at an awards banquet on February 16 at the Baylor Club at McLane Stadium. All awards are based on achieving specified production requirements in gross commission income or units earned in 2017.
