The Journey to Home Ownership seminar will be held Saturday, Mar. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Weichert® affiliate’s office, located at 2025 Ayrsley Town Boulevard, Suite 1101, in Charlotte.
The seminar, hosted by Jeannie Alvear, a licensed real agent at Weichert, Realtors® – Sally Awad Group, and Shawneke Wilson, a loan officer at Movement Mortgage, offers participants a glimpse into the benefits of home ownership as well as ways to minimize the stress of buying a home and mortgage approval process.
Attendees will also receive a free home inspection that can be put towards the purchase of a new home with a Weichert® affiliated agent and a free credit analysis consultation.
