SAVANNAH, Ga. / Dec. 3, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Stanford & Company, located in Savannah, was honored to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual Light The Night walk on Nov. 16.
The Weichert® affiliated office raised $450 to help support this year’s event, which took place at Daffin Park in Savannah.
“We were truly honored to be a part of this year’s Light The Night walk to help raise money for an incredible organization that dedicates itself to helping people with blood cancer,” said Melissa Stanford, the company’s broker/owner.
“We had such a great time doing this year’s walk and can’t wait to do it again next year,” added Stanford, whose team of walkers included her company’s mascot, Kurt the Bear.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The non-profit organization funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
