Pence will be assisting home buyers and sellers in Chatham, Effingham and Bryan counties with all of their real estate needs.

Pence, a licensed agent in both Georgia and Tennessee, previously worked at Premier Homes & Properties, where she was often recognized for providing superior customer service to her home buyers and sellers.

She also earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education at East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in early childhood education and teaching at Milligan College.
