Realtor Lance Rhodes Named Top Agent
ATLANTA, Ga. / March 27, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – The Piedmont Sky Group, located just south of Atlanta, is proud to announce that Realtor Lance Rhodes has been named the Top Overall Sales Associate for 2018 by the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. North Georgia Broker Council.
The broker council also named Rhodes as its Top Listing Agent as well as the recipient of an Ambassador Club award from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. for his 2018 sales achievements.
In addition, three other agents at the Weichert® affiliate were honored by the national franchise organization for their sales production last year. Realtors Kelly Newsome, Liz Kennedy and Nick Hough each received an Executive Club award for their 2018 sales production.
Kelly was also recognized as the broker council’s Top Selling Associate for 2018.
The awards, which are based on achieving specified production requirements per award category in gross commission income earned or real estate transactions closed in 2018, were presented at a March 22 awards banquet in Atlanta.
