CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas / Oct. 12, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – The Place Of Houses, located in Corpus Christi, was honored to be a part of the 4th Annual Mini Gulf Classic fundraiser, hosted by the Rising Tide Society.
Proceeds from the September 28 event, which took place at the Texas State Aquarium, benefits the aquarium’s wildlife rescue program.
“We were so excited to participate again this year in the Rising Tide Society’s annual Mini Gulf Classic fundraiser,” said Jean Marie Giegerich, the company’s broker/owner. “This is the only event of its kind here in South Texas and it benefits one of our state’s great attractions.”
For one night only, the Texas State Aquarium was transformed into a mini-golf course complete with 18 holes, club house, 50-foot putting challenge and more.
The Weichert® affiliate won second place this year, but it was more than a Top 3 finish that excited Giegerich’s team, which also helped sponsor the event.
“The Rising Tide Society is an amazing group of young leaders and professionals here in our community who are passionate about supporting the Texas State Aquarium’s mission and conservation efforts,” added Giegerich. “They also gave us a great way to support the aquarium’s wildlife rescue program.”
