HUNTSVILLE, Ala. / Jan. 28, 2019 – Calling all pint-sized artists. Weichert, Realtors® – The Space Place wants to see how creative you are with a paint brush.
The Weichert® affiliate is sponsoring a painting competition for kids aged 10 and under to show what they love most about their home.
The winner of the contest will receive a $100 gift card. The winning painting will also be displayed in the real estate agency’s office for home buyers and sellers to see.
“We’re always looking for fun things to do with the folks who live and work in the communities we serve, and we thought this would be the perfect thing to do with kids” said Shalu Holman, a Weichert affiliated agent who organized the contest with her colleague, Sarah Parvin.
Feb. 20 is the deadline to drop paintings off at the Weichert affiliate’s Huntsville office, located at 6767 Old Madison Pike.
“I have no doubt we’ll get some pretty cool paintings for this contest, which is great,” said Parvin. “But it makes picking a winner that much harder.”
