WEAVERVILLE, N.C. / Dec. 12, 2017 — Weichert, Realtors® – Unlimited could “bearly” control itself at this year’s Weaverville Christmas parade.
And who could blame them?
Hundreds of cheering area residents came out to watch the annual event, which made its way down Main Street. And just as many smiling faces marched in the Dec. 2 holiday event or rode atop a parade float – including the mascot bear from Weichert, Realtors® – Unlimited.
“We had such a great time this year at the Weaverville Christmas parade,” said Aaron Kraft, the managing broker at Weichert, Realtors® – Unlimited, which is based in nearby Asheville. “Being part of this event gave us a chance to thank the Weaverville community for its support over the years and wish them all a happy holiday season.”
The Asheville real estate agency also hosted a coloring contest for kids at this year’s parade, one of the many side attractions at the event. The contest winner received a Well-Bred Bakery gift card.
“Folks just seemed to love everything associated with the Weaverville parade, including our coloring contest. We’re definitely interested in coming back next year,” added Kraft.
