Chap brings more than a dozen years of real estate experience to her new position in Asheville. She worked for another affiliated office, Weichert, Realtors® – Hallmark Properties in Orlando from 2005 to 2016 before relocating to Western North Carolina. When she is assisting her real estate clients, Chap enjoys hiking, traveling, reading and painting. Chap lives in Sylva, North Carolina.
Also originally from Florida, Webb, a real estate professional with five years’ experience, spent her summers as a youth vacationing in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies and worked for one of the largest law firms in Florida for 16 before moving to North Carolina. Webb’s hobbies include motorcycle riding and skydiving. Webb lives in Franklin, North Carolina.
