WESTON, Fla. / June 4, 2019 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new Florida real estate company that prides itself on the high-quality service provided by its agents.
The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Capella Estates, located in Weston, also marks a new chapter in the Weichert® affiliated life of the company’s broker/president, Francisco Capella.
“I joined the Weichert national franchise family back in 2005 as a sales manager at Weichert, Realtors® – Town Center Group, which merged with Weichert, Realtors® – Best Beach Real Estate in 2008 and I’ve been all in on Weichert ever since then,” said Capella, who was named a part owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Best Beach Real Estate in 2013.
“Using the tools and resources provided by Weichert helped us become one of their top producing affiliates nationwide, and I have no doubt we can do the same with my new company,” Capella said. “That’s why I jumped at the opportunity to own my own Weichert franchise when it was presented to me.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Capella’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry.
The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
