FAIRVIEW, Tenn. / Feb. 5, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new office in Fairview that prides itself on the high-quality service provided by its agents. The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Big Dog Group, formerly known as Big Dog Realty, LLC, also continues the expansion of the Weichert® franchise footprint throughout the Southeast with the 20th office in Tennessee.
“This is the beginning of a new chapter for us,” said Jon Cherry, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Big Dog Group. “We stepped outside of our comfort zone when we made the decision to franchise, but we truly believe joining the Weichert brand will be a game-changer for us.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Cherry’s team can take advantage of training programs and management systems provided by Weichert to help agents offer the best real estate service in the industry. The newest Tennessee affiliate will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
“Weichert has a ton of resources we didn’t have which will help grow our business and offer our clients the best real estate service available,” said Cherry, who opened the Fairview real estate office in 2006.
Cherry, a Fairview resident, former Chamber of Commerce president, current board member of the Fairview Boys & Girls Club, and a Williamson County Election Commissioner, founded his company as way to help others.
