The addition of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Alt Company makes the third Ohio office for the brand, continuing the expansion of the Weichert franchise footprint throughout the Midwest.
The newest Ohio affiliate, formerly known as The Alt Company, is a family-owned business led by Stratton Alt, the agency’s broker/owner. Alt assumed broker responsibilities in 2012 from his father, Dick Alt, who founded the business in 1971, to carry on the family tradition of client-focused real estate service.
